THE FRANCHISE INVESTMENT PACKAGE

A fully equipped, furnished and fitted bistro selling traditional South African cuisine using home grown produce.  Your investment includes:

  ♦ Full liquor license and all regulatory licenses in place. 

  ♦ A delivery and catering service is included plus an arts and crafts and convenience store with a deli selling fresh, homemade products. 

  ♦ Exclusive territory and development license

  ♦ Stock for the first months trading.

  ♦ A delivery van with signage

  ♦ Advertising campaigns

  ♦ POS and back office systems, stock control systems

  ♦ Preparation and preservation systems

  ♦ Health, hygiene and legal requirements

  ♦ Training and implementation. 

  ♦ Operations Manual and Employee Handbooks

  ♦ Comprehensive and ongoing one-on-one training will be given to all staff members. 

  ♦ Business plans, feasibility studies and research have been undertaken in all regions that are on offer. 

  ♦ There is a monthly Advertising fee plus 5% of gross turnover for Management fee. 

  ♦ Franchisee has the exclusive right to open up as many branches as is deemed necessary within his region. 

  ♦ Working capital required is R35,000

  ♦ Estimated monthly turnover is between R100, 000 and R125, 000.00, the net profit ranges between 35% and 42%.  

  ♦ Public liability and business insurance is included.

  ♦ The pilot project was completed in June 2007 and the business system has been in operation for 21 years.

  ♦ Personalized Recipe Book including training on preparation and presentation of all meals.

  ♦ Sourcing of locally produced stock, convenience items and deli items.  Arts and crafts will also be included in locally produced stock.
