Following the success of the InfoProp Real Estate concept Franchises are now offered on a national basis. The mission of InfoProp is their commitment to the success of the Franchisee, hence Franchises are offered on attractive terms with the addition of significant added value to a Franchisee.

InfoProp employs a two tier approach to real estate marketing which will be carried through to Franchises:

• - Direct marketing through the conventional real estate channels.
• - A highly effective and successful Internet marketing strategy.

With an initial training course and ongoing support by InfoProp prospects with little or no experience in the property market can be accommodated.

1. Exclusive Rights to trade in a demarcated geographical area under the InfoProp brand.

The franchisee obtains exclusive rights within their area (excluding new developments). The extent of the area will be negotiated between InfoProp and the Franchisee.

3. A Comprehensive Training Course in all sphere's of the real estate industry.

A five day training course will cover all aspects of conducting a real estate business. Apart from the everyday aspects Franchisees are trained on the following additional aspects:

• - Little known secrets on how to procure mandates on properties.
• - Effective sales techniques.
• - Marketing & selling property via the Internet.

4. A Business Pack to get started:

i) Registration

InfoProp will facilitate the registration of the Franchisee with the Estate Agents Affairs Board (EAAB). According to current rules and regulations of the EAAB it is not imperative to have completed the Estate Agent's course provided that one is affiliated to a registered estate agency, which affiliation InfoProp will offer.

ii) A "Starter Pack" which includes:

• - Business Cards, "For Sale" & "Sold" agent's boards, a cell phone for receiving calls, marketing and promotional material.

iii) Dedicated Website

A comprehensive and very user-friendly website. The website is dedicated to the Franchise and is linked to the main website of InfoProp. Franchisee's can list an unlimited number of properties on their website.

iv) Affiliate Websites

"Plug-in" to eight other affiliate property websites for maximum exposure.

InfoProp advertises on a continuous basis in property magazines and on the Internet. Franchisee's will be granted advertising space in each of the publications.

vi) Mandates on New Developments

InfoProp holds mandates on nine new property developments and will be listing several more during the course of 2008. Franchisee's have the opportunity to immediately market and sell property (totalling in excess of 300 opportunities) within any new developments irrespective of the location of the developments. 

5. Ongoing Support, Advice and Assistance.

InfoProp is committed to the success and dedicated to the property business of the Franchisee growing from strength to strength. A property consultant is available to aid in any queries and offer advice on any property related matters.

6. Cost of Purchasing an InfoProp Franchise

An initial capital outlay of R50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Rand) of which R20,000.00 is payable upfront; the remaining R30,000.00 can be derived from the first five commissions earned.

7. Minimum Requirements for an InfoProp Franchise

- A Personal Computer / Laptop with Internet access (preferably broadband access).

- Printer, Copier, Scanner, Fax.

- A reliable vehicle.

- A business venue / office space is preferable but may not imperative and will be determined by the demographics of the Franchise.
